Easy
For people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
Moderate
These programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
Active
For people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately Challenging
For hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
Challenging
Get ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Breakfast:
7:30
Morning:
9:30-11:30: San Francisco in the Movies: Enjoy The City by the Bay's unusually scenic locations in a wide variety of motion picture genres -- ranging from classic crime featuring Clint Eastwood's Dirty Harry, film noir as depicted in the Edmond O'Brien classic thriller D.O.A. and fast-paced swordsmen adventure in Scaramouche, which crazily enough was shot in Golden Gate Park. You'll also see the Golden Gate Bridge in its greatest splendor in Alfred Hitchcock's Vertigo and Mel Brooks' High Anxiety. Pass beneath the San Francisco Bay Bridge in a ferryboat in a sequence from Fox's In Love and War. There's also a Dick Tracy action sequence on the Bay Bridge and a horror episode set in Fisherman's Wharf from It Came From Beneath the Sea. Candlestick Park is vividly presented in Blake Edwards' Experiment of Terror. It's so out of control you'll also see Clark Gable in San Francisco as the 1906 earthquake all but sends him into the depths of the bay.
