Maureen performs all over the world and was a finalist in the 2009 San Francisco Comedy Competition and the winner of the 2009 MAC Award for Best Female Comic. She’s appeared on The Joy Behar Show, Comics Unleashed, and HBO and she’s a regular at Carolines on Broadway in New York City. After 20 plus years in California, New York City native Jeff Applebaum is finally learning to speak English. Jeff’s comedy examines his life experiences, which include being the only white kid on his Little League team in Queens, having a Chinese wife who orders from take-out menus in fluent Mandarin and raising a teen son who calls himself Jewnese because he says it sounds better than Chine-ish. Jeff made his national TV debut on CBS as a comedian on the Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. He has also appeared on Comedy TV, Byron Allen’s nationally syndicated program and opened for and performed with comic legends Robert Klein, Richard Lewis, Robin Williams, Kevin Pollak and Jake Johansen.
Jeff was cast by Sandy Hackett, the late Buddy Hackett's son, to play the principal role of Joey Bishop in the long-running musical tribute The Rat Pack Is Back in San Francisco, Chicago, Manchester, New Hampshire and Las Vegas. Jeff also appeared in the blockbuster film The Pursuit of Happyness starring Will Smith. Prior to comedy, Jeff worked as an engineer using his two degrees from MIT. Fred caught the performing "bug" in 1976 and was instantly hooked. His first performances at the “Renaissance Pleasure Faire” in California (yup, he wore tights and a pirate shirt!) turned a hobby into a profession. Dan is a veteran of San Francisco's creative stand-up legacy. He has appeared on five episodes of An Evening at the Improv, plus numerous shows on VH-1, MTV, ABC, NBC and Comedy Central. He has opened for such superstars as Ringo Starr, Jerry Seinfeld, Natalie Cole, Smokey Robinson and Vince Gill. In a testament to the class of his act, Dan even opened for the San Francisco Symphony! He appeared in the movie Flubber with Robin Williams, and signed a recording deal with MCA records. His CD, Natural and Good for You contains one the most requested comedy pieces on radio, The First Baseball Game. Hiller Aviation Museum, located six miles from the hotel, is dedicated to the dreams of flight, looking back into aviation’s history while exploring its future. The restoration shop, with its large picture windows, allows the visitor to witness the ongoing restoration process. The museum collection includes many aircraft exhibits. Vintage and futuristic aircraft, prototypes, photographic displays, and models are on display. There's an extensive gift shop on the premises.
