Easy
For people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
Moderate
These programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
Active
For people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately Challenging
For hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
Challenging
Get ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Registration for our program will begin at 4 p.m., in the lower lobby. Relax and meet other participants in the main lobby, or enjoy a walk around the beautiful campus.
Dinner:
Dinner will be served from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the Assembly Inn Dining Room. A relaxing break after your travel day! All our meals are served buffet style (with lots of good options for the kids), so grab your plate and utensils and settle in for some comfort foods. A choice of two entrées (or have both), good for you vegetables (don't tell the kids that part), a complete salad bar, bread, and of course, some yummy desserts. Tea (sweet and unsweetened), coffee, milk, and water available.
Evening:
Our opening program/orientation will be at 7 p.m. (usually in Convocation Hall, also in the Assembly Inn). We'll spend some time learning a little about Montreat, meeting your instructor, going over the schedule, and answering questions. Our clubs counselors will take the children for some separate time (close by) to begin to get to know each other, and we will do the same. We know you're tired from your travels, so we'll wrap up around 8 p.m. Refreshments and fellowship follow in the lobby, (or retire to your room for rest).
