Day One: Sunday, June 02 - Check-in, Registration, Welcomes and Introductions 
Afternoon: Hotel check-in and program registration is from 3-5 pm followed by a welcome reception, dinner and brief orientation. Groups breakout for intrudctions and detailed information on program and week.

Dinner: Dinner begins at 6:00 pm.

Evening: Orientation and individual group breakouts begin at 7 pm.

Day Two: Monday, June 03 - 2 morning class sessions, and 1 afternoon session 
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel dining room from 7-8:15 am

Morning: Morning class sessions 8:30-10 AM 10:30-12:00 and 2-3:30 pm M-T-Th and morning sessions only on Wed and Fri. Each group will rotate through all presentations throughout the week. Shuttles to and from classes available.

Lunch: Buffet lunch is served in the hotel dining room from 12:00 noon-1:30 pm

Afternoon: Afternoon classes are from 2:00-3:30 pm daily The above presenters teach both am and Afternoon sessions

Dinner: Buffet dinner is served in the hotel dining room from 5:30-7:00 pm

Evening: The evening entertainment will be Satin Doll at 7:30. This will be a jazz combo with vocals.

Evening: The evening entertainment is a musical night with Tim Stockman at 7:30 pm.

Note: afternoon - 2-3:30 - free time to take a variety of excursions. Nature walks, history strolls, participate in a scavenger hunt, walk the labyrinth, or just shop a little in the wonderful Chautauqua Bookstore.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel dining room from 7-8:15 am

Morning: Morning classes run from 8:30-10 and 10:30-12:00.

Lunch: Buffet lunch in the hotel dining room from 12-1:30 pm

Afternoon: 2-3:30- Please see day 2 for details.

Dinner: Buffet dinner in the hotel dining room from 5:30-7:00 pm

Evening: The evening entertainment will be the female vocal group Serendipity at 7:30 pm.

Day Six: Friday, June 07 - 1 morning class session 8:30-10 with wrap-up panel / Q & A... 
1 morning class session 8:30-10 with wrap-up panel / Q & A 11:30-12:00.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in hotel dining room from 7-8:15 am

Morning: Morning class sessions and final panel wrap-up ending at 12 noon.

Lunch: Buffet lunch in the hotel dining room from 12:00 (or box lunches available if needed to depart early)

Afternoon: Departure from Athenaeum Hotel following lunch. Program ends at 1:30 pm.
