Elevations 7,000 to 10,000 feet.

 Equipment Requirements
Personal ski equipment welcome. Rentals available for added cost. You can rent Alpine or Nordic ski packages at Sundance on our first morning. Downhill prices range from $25 for a basic package to $55 for high performance skis per day. Cross-country prices are around $18 per day. We encourage you to rent them for the weekly rate to save money from daily rental since you will be using them for five days. Reservations are not necessary but if desired, you can call the Nordic Rental Center at (801) 223-4170 or the Alpine Rental Center at (801) 223-4121 Both Alpine and Nordic rental shops will store your skis free each night if you rent from them. Or, if using your own skis, they only charge around $5 per night for overnight storage.

Evening: 7:00-8:30 PM, Welcome, Introductions and Orientation on the detailed overview of the coming week's activities in the Conference Room.

Morning: 8:00 AM Board Bus to travel to Sundance Ski Resort. 9:00-12:00 Alpine and Nordic Skiing at Sundance. 10:00-12:00 Participants will have either 2 hours of Alpine or Nordic group lesson, for all levels, with a PSIA Certified Downhill or Cross-Country Ski Instructor.

Lunch: 12:00-1:00 Enjoy a boxed lunch prepared by our private chef at Sundance.

Afternoon: 1:00-3:30 Continue Nordic skiing at Nordic Center. 1:00-4:00 Continue Alpine Skiing at Sundance Ski Resort . You may choose to rent snowshoes and check out snowshoe trails. 3:30 Nordic Skiers Board Vans. 4:00 All Skiers Board Bus. 4:45 (approx.) Return to Hotel.

Dinner: 6:00-6:45 Enjoy a delicious catered buffet style meal from our private chef in the Conference Room.

Evening: 6:45-8:00 Enjoy an inspiring topic on: "Behind the Scenes: How the Sundance Film Festival became the Premier Film Festival in the World" with Debi Brady, Festival Historian, in the Conference Room.

Breakfast: Anytime between 6:00-8:00 AM, Enjoy a delicious Breakfast Buffet style, provided by the hotel, in the Conference Room.

Morning: 8:15 Board Bus and drop Alpine Skiers at Sundance Ski Resort and then take the Nordic Skiers at Soldier Hollow, one of 2002 Winter Olympic Games Venues. 9:00-12:00 Alpine Skiing at Sundance. 9:30-12:00 Nordic Skiing at Soldier Hollow, an Olympic Venue.

Lunch: 12:00-1:00 Enjoy a boxed lunch prepared by our private chef, either at Sundance or Soldier Hollow.

Afternoon: 1:00-3:30 Continue Nordic Skiing at Soldier Hollow. 1:00-4:00 Continue Alpine Skiing at Sundance. You may choose to rent snowshoes and check out snowshoe trails. 3:30 Nordic Skiers board bus 4:00 Alpine Skiers board bus 4:45 (approx.) Return to Hotel.
