See our Small Group programs.
Close [ x ]
Easy
For people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
Moderate
These programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
Active
For people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately Challenging
For hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
Challenging
Get ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Elevation Note
7,000 feet elevation. Those with heart or lung concerns should consult physician before attending.
Equipment Requirements
• Personal camera - while program is geared toward digital photographers, film camera's also welcome. • Tripods/monopods—are very useful – lighter and not bulky pods are recommended -- but a larger tripod will be easily stored and accessible generally on the van. • Flash drive/jump drive AKA: storage device/drive at least 2 gig in size. This is to submit the images to the instructors for the daily photo review. This device is important and only one device per couple or team is needed. A second memory card may be substituted. • Laptop computers are recommended. They are useful for participants reviewing their daily photos for submission to the instructor for review, editing photos and organizing photo essay for the end of the week. I-Pads do not work as well as laptops due to inability to export files. • Camera's owner's manual, extra batteries, battery charger.
