Day Two: Monday, July 16 - Disney's World of Physics: Energy and Waves 
Breakfast: At resort.

Morning: Students become Theme Park scientists of the Magic Kingdom for a day as they apply the scientific method to explore the physics concepts of sound, light, and magnetism. Students experience how sound, combined with other special effects, can make an attraction frighteningly real. Students investigate electromagnetism and its applications to transportation technology. Students step behind the scenes to see how illusions are created. Trained and knowledgeable Disney Institute Cast Members facilitate this high quality and educationally sound seminar, while never forgetting that fun is a vital part of learning.

Lunch: In Epcot.

Day Three: Tuesday, July 17 - Disney's Animation Magic/Free time/Cirque du Soleil 
Breakfast: At resort.

Morning: Participants discover aspects of the history, creativity, and innovation behind the Disney animation process. Students discover the steps in the animation process. In an exclusive drawing session, students apply knowledge of simple geometric shapes and proportions to the task of animation. Using the Disney- MGM Studios as a living classroom, students discover the evolution of animation and explore the animation process as a form of communication. With their new found knowledge, students get a hands-on-opportunity to design and produce an original story. Students create a story, understanding the importance of a clear beginning, middle, and end. In the tradition of Walt Disney, students "pitch" their story using various methodologies.

Lunch: In the park

Afternoon: Free time to get ready for Cirque du Soleil in the evening.

Dinner: At resort after the Cirque du Soleil show.

Evening: Attend Cirque du Soleil to see this amazing act of artistry, acrobats and more.

Day Four: Wednesday, July 18 - Disney's Wild By Nature 
Breakfast: At resort.

Morning: To inspire students to actively participate in the protection and preservation of wildlife by increasing their understanding and appreciation of animal behavior, social structures, and survival. Students observe, categorize, collect, and analyze data on a wide variety of animal behaviors. A ride on Kilimanjaro Safaris gives students an exciting introduction to African wildlife and their interactions with each other in the environment. In Asia, students learn how animals' natural adaptations aid them in survival and how human development changes ecosystems in ways that can put animals' well-being at risk. During observations of animals on the Pangani Forest Exploration Trail and Maharajah Jungle Trek, students compare social structures of animals from all around the world.

Lunch: At the resort.

Afternoon: Enjoy an after 2 pm pass to any of the Walt Disney World Parks to see how the magic is performed in the eyes of park guest. This will be a new view of the park knowing what you have already learned.

Dinner: On your own at whatever park you chose with your pass.

Evening: Free evening.

Day Five: Thursday, July 19 - Millennium Cultures/MouseQuest 
Breakfast: At resort.

Morning: Discover, explore, and learn to recognize how the various aspects of culture are impacted by changes in technology, commerce, communication, and people. Aboard Spaceship Earth, students observe the evolution and progression of communication, yesterday through tomorrow. Students discover how technological advancement is rapidly changing global communication. Students understand the impact that communication, or its absence, has on mondern lifestyles. Looking out over World Showcase Lagoon, students make their first acquaintance with the beauty, splendor, and richness of the cultures of World Showcase nations. Students discover the meaning of culture and its many aspects through a variety of hands-on activities. Entering China through the Gate of the Golden Sun, students discover not only beautiful gardens with exotic lotus blossoms and mulberry trees, they uncover the transformation of China through changes in lifestyle, technology, and trade. Students discover the uniqueness and beauty of foreign lands as they observe architectural details around the World Showcase Promenade. Students explore and discuss the effects of transportation and communication on culture, and how technology has helped overcome barriers and build gateways in the global community. The rich cultural history of Morocco comes to life as students explore the architecture, ceremonies, adn traditions of the Moroccan people. Students share newfound perceptions and learnings fromt he day's adventure.

Lunch: In the park

Afternoon: From Mexico to Morocco, participants race against the clock to uncover clues and complete tasks in the exploration of science and culture at Epcot World Showcase. At the Mexican Showcase take the Mexican flower chalenge and solve clues aboard El Rio del Tiempo. In the Norway Showcase experience the Maelstrom in the quest to solve the clue and have a photo made with a troll friend. In the China Showcase discover the Fu Dogs, silk and slime and listen for the echo. At the American Adventure Showcase visit the original 13 colonies and take the American history bonus challenge. In the Moroccan Showcase explore classical Moroccan musical instruments and create tile rubbings. The team that gathers the most tokens will be awarded a prize.

Dinner: At resort.

Evening: Remember you can take the shuttle to downtown Disney and shop, eat, and have fun. The shuttle runs from the hotel from 6:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m.

Day Six: Friday, July 20 - The American Story/Program Concludes 
Depart From: Have a safe trip home!

Breakfast: Early morning departure to our last day at the parks.

Morning: The American Story - Discover the diversity of the characters, conflicts and resolutions of the United States of America as its people strive to make a way of life. Visit The Hall of Presidents to learn of conflicts and resolutions in American History. Students get an up-close look at the Audio-Animatronics figures and explore the major conflicts and resolutions during presidential administrations. Splash Mountain takes students on a trip through 19th century South to discover storytelling. Using Frontierland as a backdrop, students assume the roles of prospectors, merchants, or investors and they barter and deal their way to fame or "misfortune" in this re-creation of a western boomtown. Students are transported back in time to Colonial Boston and Philadelphia to re-create significant events which led colonists down "The Road to Revolution" and to ultimately ratify the Constitution of the United States.

Lunch: Enjoy lunch before the graduation and special guest appearance.
