Day One: Sunday, May 27 - Registration/Reception/Dinner/Introductions 
Arrive To: Check into hotel room, then at meeting room (posted on readerboard in the lobby) any time between 4:00-5:00 PM to pick up program materials and name tag.

Afternoon: Hosted reception at 5:00 PM. Welcome and discussion of agenda 5:30-6:00 PM.

Dinner: Dinner in our meeting room at 6:00 PM.

Evening: Meet other program participants and get an overview of activity in Seattle.

Day Two: Monday, May 28 - Festival Preview; view 2 films 
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant includes fresh fruits & juices, hot & cold cereals, eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, pancakes, toast station, pastries, yogurt, coffee/decaf/tea.

Morning: Preview all the films we'll be viewing during the week. Discuss directors, actors and other features of the films with an expert from the Film Festival organization.

Lunch: Lunch will be in the hotel today.

Afternoon: See two Festival films this afternoon. After each film we'll have a discussion with a knowledgable person associated with the film itself or with the Festival. Discussions may be in the theater or in our meeting room.

Dinner: Dinner in our meeting room.

Evening: Films get out too late to start another evening activity.

Day Three: Tuesday, May 29 - City coach tour; Dungeness crab lunch, view 2 films. 
Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

Morning: Enjoy a coach tour of Seattle's neighborhoods and landmarks, including the new Olympic Sculpture Park on Elliott Bay. Stroll the streets of Ballard, a Scandinavian neighborhood adjacent to the Chittenden Locks.

Lunch: Lunch in a waterfront restaurant specializing in Dungeness crab and other seafood delights.

Afternoon: Travel by bus or monorail to theater to view two films. Our agenda is arranged after the Festival releases the schedule of films, so it is subject to change.

Dinner: Dinner in our meeting room.

Evening: Films are over too late to begin another evening activity.

Pike Place Market talk, guided walk and free time to explore; free afternoon, evening

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

Morning: Lecture about the Pike Place Market. Guided walking tour of lesser-known parts of the Market. Time to explore the Market at your leisure.

Lunch: Lunch at the Pike Place Market.

Afternoon: This afternoon is yours to attend more films or see some of Seattle's attrctions not included in the program. Suggestions for free-time activities will be provided.

Dinner: On your own for dinner this evening. Restaurant suggestions and help making reservations will be supplied.

Day Five: Thursday, May 31 - Pioneer Square--museums/galleries/bookstores; view 2 films in the... 
Pioneer Square--museums/galleries/bookstores; view 2 films in the afternoon.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

Morning: We'll hop onto the free Metro bus to Pioneer Square, Seattle's birthplace, to visit the Klondike Gold Rush Museum, galleries and some very tasty bookstores. The architecture of this area is a treat in itself.

Lunch: Lunch in the excellent cafe in the Elliot Bay Book Company. Great food, great books--all in one place!

Afternoon: Discuss and view the last two films included in our program.

Dinner: Dinner in our meeting room.

Evening: Time is allowed for participants to see more films on their own, at member discount prices.

Day Six: Friday, June 01 - Space Needle--see a 1962 video detailing the construction of the... 
Space Needle--see a 1962 video detailing the construction of the landmark Space Needle, then ride the monorail to the Seattle Center and ascend by glass-fronted elevator to the top of the Needle.

Depart From: Program ends after this morning's activities.

Breakfast: Buffet breakfast in the hotel's restaurant.

Morning: We'll ride the monorail to the Seattle Center to zip to the top of the Space Needle. Stay as long as you like or return with the group. Our week together is complete. Thank you for coming to Seattle!

Lunch: Bon voyage!

LeMay Car MuseumIn Tacoma, south of Seattle, see many cars from the LeMay collection, the world's largest private collection of automobiles, in a dramatic new building.
