 Description: The resort will feature 15 single and double villas each with its own private balcony overlooking the Chitwan National Park, surrounding Bote villages, the Narayani River and the layout of the resort has been designed to depict a typical jungle safari resort. The thatched roofs of the villas are made from the abundant Siru grass therefore they blend easily into the surroundings. The lodge is located in Amaltari of the Chitwan National Park on the banks of the Narayani river and has close proximity to the National Park a mere half hour boat ride away and to the present Temple Tiger Jungle Lodge.

Room amenities: The tastefully decorated rooms with local artifacts have wood floors with throw carpets, a cozy living area and twin/ double bed, the spacious attached bathrooms with solar heated running hot and cold water are a beautiful blend of wood, granite and bamboo (rattan).

Facility amenities: The Resort will feature a central dining area with a large terrace overlooking the man-made lake, a bar and lounge with library cum reading room. The lake will be a feast for bird watching of both resident as well as migratory bird species. The animal sighting will also be far more better and of greater value than other outside lodges. Day One: Monday, November 19 - Fly to Chitwan National Park 
Depart From: Fly to Bharatpur and drive to Chitwan National Park. As you descend towards the Terai lowland of Chitwan, rich wildlife, lush grasslands and sights of rare species of bird and animals unfolds before you. Home to several rare species – in particular, the one-horned rhinoceros, leopard, bear, wild boar, deer, bison, crocodiles – Chitwan national park is rich in wildlife.

Afternoon: After checking into the lodge, in the late afternoon join a jungle safari on elephant back. Travel deep into the jungle for viewing and photographing wildlife.

Dinner: Dinner at the lodge.

Day Two: Tuesday, November 20 - Jungle Safari 
Breakfast: Breakfast at the lodge.

Morning: Early morning, depart on elephant back for a jungle safari for 2-3 hours penetrating through dense grasslands to view wildlife in their natural habitat. This grass commonly known as elephant grass is dense and grows to a height of 18-20 ft. It is the favorite habitat for rhinoceros and other mammals.

Lunch: Lunch back at the lodge.

Afternoon: Take a drive through the jungles in Jeeps followed by a boat ride down the Narayani River. The river ride provides opportunity of viewing the gharial crocodiles as well as the mugger crocodiles, fresh water dolphins, otters and varieties of water birds.

Dinner: Dinner at the lodge.

Day Three: Wednesday, November 21 - Tharu Village visit 
Breakfast: Breakfast at the lodge.

Morning: After Breakfast, your senior naturalists will take you to Tharu village outside the park and describe their lifestyle and culture .It will be an opportunity for you to learn a lot about the Tharu people, a tribe of Chitwan. Their traditional culture is still strong in Chitwan. Then continue on to visit a local school and meet the children of this village.

Lunch: Lunch back at the lodge.

Afternoon: Afternoon free to explore on own or join in a nature walk.

Dinner: Dinner at the lodge.

Day Four: Thursday, November 22 - Drive to Pokhara 
Breakfast: Breakfast at the lodge.

Morning: Transfer to Pokhara. En route, stop at one of the READ sponsored Community Library Resource Centers (CLRC) in Nepal. All of the CLRCs are community owned and managed and provides access to educational resources. Then continue with your drive to Pokhara as you approach majestic mountain ranges and snow capped peaks.

Lunch: Box lunch en-route to Pokhara.

Afternoon: Embark on a one hour boat ride at Lake Phewa. Boating is a must and there are three major boat harbors – Gaurighat (East) just in front of the Royal Palace, Barahighat near the Snow land Hotel (West) – near the Barahi Temple in the middle of the lake and a third one near the municipal camping ground in Kahare.

Dinner: Dinner at hotel with program orientation.

Day Five: Friday, November 23 - City Orientation / Orphanage visit 
Breakfast: Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning: This morning take a walking tour of the town stopping at the local market and the city highlights of old buidings and architecture. Also a visit to Sarangkot Village for a view of the Annapurna range.

Lunch: Lunch at local restaurant.

Afternoon: This afternoon, visit a local orphange and learn how the Nepalese are helping out these children. Then take in the fresh air and beautiful scenery of Pokhara, with free time.

Dinner: Dinner on own with many places to explore your the cuisine.
