Breakfast: Available from 8:00 a.m. at the inn. Early morning coffee (self-serve) is available in the Sun Room starting approximately at 6:00 a.m.

Morning: Today we head north to the Burlington area and the shores of Lake Champlain. We’ll start our day with a field trip to Shelburne Farms, a 1,400-acre working farm and National Historic Landmark. The farm now serves as a non-profit organization dedicated to educating for a sustainable future. We will explore the campus to learn how Shelburne Farms stewards and shares its working landscape and property in ways that are environmentally, economically, and culturally sustainable. After our field trip, we head into downtown Burlington.
