Afternoon: Welcome by the University of South Alabama staff. Orientation for the hotel, schedule of activities, including information about field trips, are handled at this time. Questions are welcomed. (*Please note: schedule times are subject to change based on instructor availibility.)

Dinner: Dinner will be served buffet style in the hotel dining room.

Evening: After dinner we will have time for each participant to tell a little information about themselves and make connections with others. Program will adjourn by 8:30 PM.

Yoga and Humor classes for the morning and a Humor class in the afternoon/ Making Healthy Smoothies this evening/Meals served in the hotel dining room

Evening: This evening, join a smoothie connoisseur for a class on healthy treats! Get the scoop on what it takes to make great tasting smoothies at home. Learn about ingredients, nutrition, and flavor while you relax with the scents of tropical fruits. The instructor will share recipes, and most importantly let your sample the finished products!

Begin your day with a yoga class, then enjoy a class on Humor/ Free afternoon to explore the area/ Evening program on Pensacola Naval Air Station/All meals served in the hotel dining room.

Afternoon: Enjoy a free afternoon exploring one of the Gulf of Mexico’s most beautiful areas! Relax, take a walk on the beach, feast on fresh gulf seafood, or shop at local boutiques. Visit the Tanger Outlet Mall - buy direct from over 120 brand name manufacturer and designer outlet stores. Whatever your taste, you are sure to find endless “must see” venues.

Evening: Evening class on the Naval Air Station. Instructor will talk about NAS and get you ready for your visit later in the week.

Cooking class this morning/Field trip to Pensacola's Naval Air Station for the afternoon/ Evening program/ All meals served in the hotel dining room.

Breakfast: Continental Breakfast is served in the hotel dining room.

Morning: Enjoy class on cooking light. Discuss ways to avoid the “diet food” taste as you learn to use simple techniques for boosting flavor, cutting calories. Gather ideas and recipes for your home kitchen.

Lunch: Lunch will be provided by your class chef. Enjoy eating what you have learned about in the morning session.

Afternoon: Experience the proud history of flight on a field trip to the National Museum of Naval Aviation in Pensacola, Florida. One of the largest and most beautiful air and space museums in the world, NAS is home to over 140 beautifully restored aircraft representing Navy, Marine Corps and Coast Guard Aviation. Soar with the Blue Angels in the dazzling seven-story glass and steel atrium that showcases four A-4 Skyhawks in a diving diamond formation. View them at eye-level from the mezzanine. The Museum also tells the human side of Naval Aviation and features memorabilia from each era of fighting including personal mementos from historic battles, flight logs, vintage equipment, and flight clothing.
