Martin Soliani your group coordinator will be waiting for you at Ezeiza International Airport to welcome you by private coach to the hotel Lafayette. Check in and hopefully some rest. .
Lunch:
Buffet lunch- one glass of wine and bottled water per person. A chance to meet with members of your group and EIL staff. One glass of wine and mineral water
Afternoon:
A short rest or free time to recover from your long journey, Program Orientation conducted by Martin and EIL staff
Dinner:
Dinner at the Hotel restaurant with a Torrontes -two glasses of wine and bottled water per person. Overnight at the Hotel Lafayette.

Journey continues to " Las Cuevas" for passport control immigrations before crossing over to Chile for the second part of your program. Pick up by Chilean Leader and staff at Portillo Hotel on the Chilean side. Time to enjoy Chilean tea time and introduce the program. Transfer to Chilean Bus during introduction. Resume of trip to resort Baños Del Corazon in San Esteban (Los Andes city)

Afternoon:

Lecture: Valparaiso, A world heritage site. Field Trip to Valparaiso city to explore city from the ocean and from the hills. Traditional 40 minute boat ride around Valparaiso bay and exploration of city hills. Take one of the traditional funiculars up the viewpoint Paseo 21 de Mayo.
Lunch:
At La Colombina restaurant in Valparaiso. Fixed menu with bottled water a pisco sour and a glass of wine per person. Great location on top of one of most traditional Valparaiso hills.
Afternoon:
On continuation of field trip, visit to La Sebastiana, Pablo Neruda's House (second Chilean Nobel Prize in Literature). Explore the poet's house and collections with guided audio system. Back to Hotel

Lecture: Seafood and Fish of the Pacific Explore Viña del Mar city and its different neighbors as the main summer resort place in Chile. Drive along the coast with stop overs at some fishing villages.
Lunch:
Lunch at a local restaurant in the Con-Con area close to Higuerillas fishing village. Taste the Chilean Pisco sour and fresh fish from the Pacific, two glasses of wine included.
Afternoon:
On the way back to the Hotel, explore the panoramic view of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso cities from the Oceanic Rock view point. A rock formation between the ocean and sand dunes. Take a ride around Vina Del Mar streets and most important buildings on a Victoria( traditional horse wagon).

After a wine tasting in Viña Matetic or similar, enjoy lunch at the vineyard facilities
