Morning: Martin Soliani your group coordinator will be waiting for you at Ezeiza International Airport to welcome you by private coach to the hotel Lafayette. Check in and hopefully some rest. .

Lunch: Buffet lunch- one glass of wine and bottled water per person. A chance to meet with members of your group and EIL staff. One glass of wine and mineral water

Afternoon: A short rest or free time to recover from your long journey, Program Orientation conducted by Martin and EIL staff

Dinner: Dinner at the Hotel restaurant with a Torrontes -two glasses of wine and bottled water per person. Overnight at the Hotel Lafayette.

Afternoon: Some time to rest follow by a lecture on Argentine history by an historian from Eternautas

Afternoon: Meet Victor Martin, your group coordinatior in the Mendoza segment, who will be at the airport in Mendoza l to greet you and take you by private bus to the hotel for check in. Enjoy Victor's knowledge and resources to share and learn more about his province and the wine production

Dinner: Dinner on the premises with their own Bonarda. -two glasses of wine and bottled water per person-. Overnight at the Hotel Nuevo Mundo.

Evening: Cooking demonstration at the Algodon Wine Estate, a boutique San Rafael winery.

Afternoon: Check in the hotel and then get to know the city of Mendoza with Victor and Martin

Morning: Lecture by Andres Antonietti - our local wine specialist - on ‘Argentina: its wine production in a world wide context’. Field trip to an olive oil factory

Lunch: A traditional lunch at "Casa de Campo", served with Baladero Merlot -one glass of wine and bottled water per person

Afternoon: After lunch, see the largest wine museum at Bodegas La Rural.

Dinner: Dinner on your own. Your coordinator will suggest different options. Overnight at the Hotel Nutibara.

Dinner: A home cooked dinner with Pedro Antonietti and his family, which their own champagne and wine production. Overnight at the Hotel

Experience the Andes crossing by land from Argentina to Chile. See the Puente del Inca on the way to the Aconcagua valley on the Chilean side.

Note: Transfer by coach from Argentine to Chile with stop overs that demand getting on and off the bus and some waiting at customs and immigration.

Morning: Time to say goodbye to Argentina and hello to Chile! Departure by bus crossing over the Andes Mountains.

Lunch: On route at "Lo del Pato" in a small town called Uspallata Group photo with the Aconcagua highest mountain in Latin America in the background

Afternoon: Journey continues to " Las Cuevas" for passport control immigrations before crossing over to Chile for the second part of your program. Pick up by Chilean Leader and staff at Portillo Hotel on the Chilean side. Time to enjoy Chilean tea time and introduce the program. Transfer to Chilean Bus during introduction. Resume of trip to resort Baños Del Corazon in San Esteban (Los Andes city)

Morning: During the morning experience one of Chile's most popular sports, the Rodeo. Learn about the Chilean cowboy, the Huaso and the main features of the Chiean horse breed.

Lunch: At the winery facilities yo will enjoy a typical chilean BBQ where you will have the chance to taste different meats, salads , fruits and wine is included.

Afternoon: Back to Hotel and some time to rest before a lecture to discover Chile traditional music and sounds with singers and musicians. A journey to learn of the Chilean character through the country's musical heritage.

Explore a Alpaca farm / Cross the transversal valleys from the Andes to the Pacific.

Afternoon: En route stopover at Alpaca Farm, introduction to next site. Arrival and check-in at Hotel Marina del Rey or similar, followed by a walking excursion (surrounding area of hotel).

Embrace the history of a World heritage Site: Valparaiso Harbor / See the colorful Valparaiso city from the ocean on a traditional boat ride / Explore Neruda's (Chilean poet, Nobel Prize winner) house in Valparaiso

Note: Walking on even terrain up and down on a gentle side of a hill. Climbing of stairs is optional duirng excursion to Valparaiso city.

Breakfast: Buffet Style at hotel includes choices of cereals, cakes, bread, coffee, tea, fresh fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, fruit juices, ham, cheese, marmelade, water among other items.

Morning: Lecture: Valparaiso, A world heritage site. Field Trip to Valparaiso city to explore city from the ocean and from the hills. Traditional 40 minute boat ride around Valparaiso bay and exploration of city hills. Take one of the traditional funiculars up the viewpoint Paseo 21 de Mayo.

Lunch: At La Colombina restaurant in Valparaiso. Fixed menu with bottled water a pisco sour and a glass of wine per person. Great location on top of one of most traditional Valparaiso hills.

Afternoon: On continuation of field trip, visit to La Sebastiana, Pablo Neruda's House (second Chilean Nobel Prize in Literature). Explore the poet's house and collections with guided audio system. Back to Hotel

Dinner: On your own ( list of three restaurants for you to choose ).

Explore Viña del Mar city on a horse wagon / Learn of the many resources from the Paciifc Ocean.

Note: Bus ride around Viña del Mar demands getting on and off several times. Walking is on even terrain at all times.

Breakfast: Buffet Style at hotel includes choices of cereals, cakes, bread, coffee, tea, fresh fruits, yogurt, scrambled eggs, fruit juices, ham, cheese, marmelade, water among other items.

Morning: Lecture: Seafood and Fish of the Pacific Explore Viña del Mar city and its different neighbors as the main summer resort place in Chile. Drive along the coast with stop overs at some fishing villages.

Lunch: Lunch at a local restaurant in the Con-Con area close to Higuerillas fishing village. Taste the Chilean Pisco sour and fresh fish from the Pacific, two glasses of wine included.

Afternoon: On the way back to the Hotel, explore the panoramic view of Viña del Mar and Valparaiso cities from the Oceanic Rock view point. A rock formation between the ocean and sand dunes. Take a ride around Vina Del Mar streets and most important buildings on a Victoria( traditional horse wagon).

Explore a winery in Casablanca valley / Discover the Casablanca wine valley on the way to Santiago / Experience Chile's capital city, Santiago

Morning: Transfer to Santiago city by private coach with stop over in Casablanca valley will introduce you to this fairly new wine valley discovered in 1970. Its soil and climate conditions moderated by its proximity to the ocean makes it perfect for the white variety of wine.

Lunch: After a wine tasting in Viña Matetic or similar, enjoy lunch at the vineyard facilities

Afternoon: Resume of trip to Santiago. After arrival and check in at Santiago hotel, and walking excursion in the surroundings of hotel.

Explore the Precolumbian Museum of Art / Experience Santiago city life and its many options

Morning: Depart to city exploration of Santiago followed by a visit to Pre-Columbian Museum or Fine Art Museum ( depending on availability )

Afternoon: Free time before dinner to explore the many options the city has to offer, for example, San Cristobal hill, Lapizlazuli factories, Neruda's home in Santiago, etc.

Dinner: Farewell Dinner at hotel with fixed menu bottled water and Chilean wine. Entertainment.
