While all of our learning adventures offer extraordinary value, our "Best Value" programs were rated by our participants themselves who thought their dollar went particularly far.

Easy
For people looking to exercise their minds more than their bodies. There’s minimal walking and not too many stairs.
Moderate
These programs get you on your feet and include activities such as walking up to a mile in a day through a city and standing in a museum for a few hours.
Active
For people who enjoy walking as much as two miles a day, perhaps to explore historic neighborhoods or a nature trail.
Moderately Challenging
For hardy explorers who enjoy a good physical challenge, spending most of their days on the go.
Challenging
Get ready to keep up with our highest-energy group. These demanding — and rewarding — programs are for seasoned outdoor enthusiasts.

Tall Tales and Outright Lies will be the headliner for the day followed by If You Have Sheletons In Your Closet, Make Them Dance! Afternoon Laughter Yoga and Fractured Fairy Tales will keep you in stitches! A storytelling festival fills the evening.
Note:
Explore Fredericksburg, the LBJ Ranch at Stonewall, or take in the Museum of Western Art in Kerrville. There are many wineries in the area with tasting rooms for your enjoyment. Enjoy tennis or hiking at Mo-Ranch.
Breakfast:
Breakfast is from 7:30-8:30 am
Morning:
Tall Tales and Outright Lies can actually begin with the truth, but this class will explore ways to stretch the truth by exaggerating situations and characters. We may play "Two Truths and A Lie" to find out who our biggest liars are! Class - G. B. Shaw observed, "If you cannot get rid of the family skeleton, you may as well make it dance!" The best way to do this is through humor.
Lunch:
King Dining Hall is open from 11:30- 1:00 pm daily
Afternoon:
Experience Laughter Yoga Class which will keep you in stitches. No difficult poses to tackle, just hilarious group antics. Humorous and fractured Fairy Tales will then be created by a "secret" formula using Little Red Ridign Hood as a template to get your creative juices flowing and endorphines pumping.
Dinner:
King Dining Hall is open from 5:30 - 7:00 pm daily.
Evening:
It's Your Turn to share the laughter by crafting and telling your own crazy story at this evening's Story Telling Festival. You will delight in hearing the yarns your fellow scholars will share.
