We currently have openings for full-time Call Center Associates for greater Lowell/Southern New Hampshire residents in our beautiful Lowell offices at Wannalancet Mills.
There is also a part-time 20-25 hour position for someone who can work Mondays. Full-time, two-week training starts on July 16. We hire qualified staff in our Customer
Service Center and provide them with excellent training and tools.
|• ||Quickly master the tools and database system to research questions, enroll participants and identify appropriate influencing, service and selling techniques|
|• ||Manage inbound telephone calls by providing a positive attitude, a flexible approach and a polite, caring and professional telephone manner|
|• ||Satisfy or exceed performance standards/expectations in accordance with the goals, objectives and metrics of the position. This includes selling our programs, reaching our fundraising goals and adding prospective customers to our mail list. |
|• ||Turn potentially negative situations into positive outcomes by offering appropriate alternatives, effective problem solving techniques and exemplary service|
|• ||Make outbound calls when necessary to save endangered program enrollments; assist other departments whenever possible|
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES
|• ||Bachelor's Degree|
|• ||ALL candidates, including for part-time positions, MUST be able to complete the two-week FULL-TIME training that starts on July 16|
|• ||Local applicants - greater Lowell/Southern NH residents only|
|• ||Customer sales and service experience, preferably in a call center environment|
|• ||Fast on computers and good detail orientation; willing and able to learn new skills |
|• ||Strong negotiation, questioning and closing ability, coupled with excellent listening and people skills|
|• ||Hands-on approach to systems; fast on computers; learns new software quickly|
|• ||Polished phone, verbal written and email communication skills|
|• ||Hard worker; high-energy; highly productive; focused; organized and able to handle large volume of work with accuracy|
|• ||Reliable; ability to commit to an established schedule; MUST WORK MONDAYS|
