Elderhostel K. Patricia Cross Doctoral Research Grant Past Selection Committee Members
Road Scholar is pleased to award the Elderhostel K. Patricia Cross Doctoral Research Grant to doctoral candidates in the fields of education, psychology, gerontology, social work or a related discipline, whose doctoral research will have a significant impact on the field of lifelong or later-life learning. This competitive merit-based $5,000 scholarship honors the work of Dr. K. Patricia Cross, former Road Scholar Board Member and Professor Emerita at the Graduate School of Education at the University of California, Berkeley.
The Elderhostel K. Patricia Cross Doctoral Research Grant recipient will be determined by a selection committee consisting of professors, practitioners and other leaders in the field of later-life learning.
