After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
World Events LLC and its activity vendors are required by their insurance carriers to obtain signed liability release waivers from all participants. These waivers will be included in the program preparatory materials. These are sample waivers , you will need to sign electronic waivers once you are onsite. The only one that needs to be signed prior the program is the electronic waiver for WORLD EVENTS . If you do not sign and return all waivers, you will not be permitted to participate. World Events (service provider) is an electronic waiver and not hard copy is accepted. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Please make sure to be at the airport meeting place before 2:45 pm. Meeting place is located at Miami Airport Car Rental Center.You can access the MIA Rental Car Center by taking the MIA Mover right from Miami International Airport. Find the MIA Mover by taking the airport's third-level Skyride and moving walks to the MIA Mover Station, located between the Dolphin and Flamingo Garages. Your Group Leaders are going to be waiting for you at the center of the Building where the waiting benches are located.

Florida's West Coast
Take 1-75 Alligator Alley East to the Miami exit, and South to the Turnpike Extension. Follow signs to Key West. The turnpike (821) ends at US #1 in Florida City. Follow US1 over the causeway to Key Largo. When you reach the island, continue south to mile marker 92.5, About 1/4 mile before you reach 92.5, you will see a highway sign on the center median: Harris Harris Park Burton Drive. Turn left at the next corner at the Circle K Convenience store. The Ocean Pointe Suites gatehouse entrance will be on your right side approximately 1/4 mile from US1.
From Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport
Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) : Follow signs to I-595 West and take the exit to the Florida Turnpike (toll road). Proceed South on the Turnpike until it ends in Florida City. The Turnpike automatically merges into US 1. Proceed South for 25 miles to Key Largo. Located at mm 100.
Miami
Take the Florida Turnpike south to the end, when it becomes US1 south. Follow US1 over the causeway to Key Largo. From the North
Take the Florida Turnpike South to just below Ft. Lauderdale, where Old Exit 4 takes you on to the southern portion of the Turnpike. The Turnpike ends at U.S. 1 in Florida City. Follow U.S. 1 South for about 22 miles to Key Largo. Mile Markers (MM): While driving in the Keys, the right side of the road if driving toward Key West is referred to as Bayside while the left side is called the Oceanside. The signs count down from MM107 in Key Largo to MM0 in Key West. The road is also known as the Overseas Highway. Hotel Located at mm100
