The 2007 National Positive Aging Conference is being planned by and for professionals and organizations that provide services and programs for older adults. Conference sessions will be presented from a strengths based approach in seven key Focus Areas:

Life Planning for the 3rd Age
Purposeful Living
Thriving in Community

Dr. Gene Cohen, author of The Mature Mind, and Director of the Center on Aging, Health & Humanities at George Washington University, will be the keynote opening session speaker. His topic: Positive Changes That Occur Because of Aging, Not In Spite of Aging.
