Step One Complete our online form. Step Two Allow 2–3 weeks for us to schedule and confirm an Ambassador for your presentation. Once we confirm the Ambassador’s availability we will contact you with their name and email address.* Step Three Confirm the time, location, directions and presentation expectations with the Ambassador. *Please note: Ambassador availability depends on location and date requested. We usually schedule Ambassador presentations three to four months in advance. However, some exceptions can be made for more immediate presentation requests.
