Below you will find tips on using search_res.asp website, as well as links
to pages of utilities and more specific information regarding
various problems you may encounter. If you can't find the help
you need here, you can also check our Questions
and Answers page, or ask a Road Scholar Registration agent
in person: call us toll-free at 1-800-454-5768 between 8 a.m.
and 6 p.m., ET, Monday through Friday.

Email address and password:
If you have registered with Road Scholar before, either to
receive catalogs and other materials or for a program you
already have an account with us. If you know your email address
and password simply log in to access your account. |

Lost or forgot your
password? You can have your password emailed to you
here. |

Search Help:
Did you know you can now search more easily for a specific
program by using its program number? Just type the program
number in the search bar at the top left of each page, and click "go." There
are also many more options for refining your searches available
on our Advanced
Search Page. |

Search Results:
More search results than you wanted to see? You can now refine
your results by sorting them; just select an option from the
dropdown menu at the top left of your results list. You can
also refine your search by adding keywords to it; you can
search your already existing results for another word by typing
in the field at the top right of your results and clicking
"go." |

Giving to Road Scholar:
Currently the only way to give to Road Scholar directly to
Road Scholar online is through a credit card donation to
the Annual Fund,
or through participation in our Ambassador
Program or Alumni
Association. You can also read more about offline ways
to help here. |

Transfers and Late Cancellations:
You can make transfer and late cancellaton requests, as well
as other program specific requests regarding transportation,
accommodations, etc. by completing a Service
Request. |
